Membership Agreement

By Joining as a Member you agree to the following....

1. You agree that you have joined our program of your own free will so that you can earn visitors to your websites. Our program does not presently pay out any type of cash rewards whatsoever for surfing. We are not any type of paid to surf site. Our program exists as a free way for members to get visitors to websites they wish to promote. You can only earn money as an upgraded member, whose direct referrals make a purchase.
   

2. You agree that you will not cheat the program by installing scripts that will allow you to earn credits while not really visiting the sites.
   

3. You further understand that if you are caught cheating your account will be terminated without notice, all credits forfeited and your sites deleted. If you made any purchases, you will not receive a refund.
   

4. You understand that SOMETIMES RankRaise.com may go down for reasons beyond the control of the people running it and agree that the site administration will NOT be held accountable if this happens. You know in your heart that we will be upset as well, and will be doing EVERYTHING in our power to get the site back up and functioning as quickly as possible. In the event of planned maintenance, we will make every attempt to notify you by email prior.
   

5. You accept that your traffic earnings are a true reflection of your efforts. If you do little, you will likely get little back; however, if you are an active surfer & refer others, you will greatly increase the number of visitors your sites will receive, and increase the rewards received.
   

6. You agree that RankRaise.com administration and/or Support shall be able to reach you at the email address you provide. If you provide an invalid email address, your account is subject to immediate termination. We take our business - and yours - seriously. Out of respect for everyone, please do not use bogus email addresses. You will receive regular emails with your stats, as well as notifications of any winnings - don't you want to receive good news? =) You may also receive the periodic promotional email from us. We respect your privacy, and have no intention of overloading you with email. Our news and announcements are sent from an external system, where you can opt-out at any time. Just let us know if you get too much! =)
   

7. You agree that you will NEVER send out unsolicited emails or SPAM in anyway when you are promoting your referral link and this program. You accept that your account will simply vanish without warning if we find out that you have been doing so. RankRaise.com has a ZERO tolerance policy for SPAM.
   

8. You agree that a site with a mess of popups is irritating, so you won't post a link to one. (this includes multiple exit popups). Sure, you can have ONE popup if necessary, but no more than that. Further, you agree that you deserve to have your site terminated if it turns out you have a mess of popups and agree not to get upset when it is inactivated and/or deleted. We will attempt to notify you if we find a site in violation, but keep in mind, with the high volume of websites posted, this may not always be possible.
   

9. ADULT CONTENT, DRUGS & ILLEGAL ACTIVITY You may not promote any Adult Sites, sites that reference drug use, or any form of illegal or inappropriate activity whatsoever. You know as well as we do that some people do NOT want to see these types of site and being the considerate person you are you will NEVER break this rule. Doing so is grounds for immediate termination, without warning. Our servers do log IP addresses and activity, and this information would be released to law enforcement officials when requested (seriously, we don't want to be an authority figure!). Please keep our site enjoyable for everyone! =)
   

10. Termination of your Account You may request to terminate your account at any time. We will respond with a request to confirm your intent prior to removal of your account (this prevents fraud). When your account is terminated, you forfeit all credits, referrals, and commissions earned. Any purchases made shall not be refunded - so make sure you use all of your credits purchased before you terminate your account. Further, if we are unable to reach you via email, your account may be terminated without warning. In the event your account is terminated, regardless of reason, and you return in the future - you agree that you will be starting a brand new account. Previous credits, referrals, and commissions earned shall not transfer.
    

11. COMMISSIONS: Only Platinum level members are eligible to receive commissions. Commissions shall be paid via Paypal, when members reach $15.00 USD or more. Members are responsible for providing a valid Paypal email address. Commissions are paid when a referral of a Platinum member upgrades to Gold or Platinum level, at 50% of the upgrade price. Further, any advertising purchases (e.g. splash pages, credit purchases, featured banner ads, etc.) shall also earn 40% commission. RankRaise.com will maintain income records, and will be happy to provide an income report upon request via Support ticket request. NOTE Family and relatives from the same household can qualify for commission payouts. However, if you are caught cheating commissions system in any manner, you will forfeit all commissions and your account will be immediately terminated - no questions asked. You play fair, we pay fair. =)

12. And now for some general disclaimers (this is the stuff that makes our lawyers happy): RankRaise.com, its owners, staff, web host and vendor partners shall be held harmless for the actions of its users and/or content posted by its users. This means we are not liable for your activities or your content. We strive to keep the site up and running as best as possible - but downtime can occur - and when it does, we are not responsible for lost advertising, credits, or other losses. We will make every effort to work with you on fair compromise if you have suffered a loss due to technical issues. RankRaise.com does not support any efforts that would violate the CAN-SPAM laws. Members caught spamming other members shall be terminated without warning, and all credits, referrals, and commissions forfeited. Any disputes need to be addressed to Support, and arbitration shall be adhered to in a diligent effort to seek amicable compromise to all parties involved. All purchases made on RankRaise.com are considered final and non-refundable - exceptions will be considered under extreme circumstances (e.g. death of a member, fraudulent activity, or any other valid reason that shows the member can no longer utilize our services). Unless otherwise applicable, the laws of the State of California shall be administered, except where prohibited by local, state or federal law. Continued usage of RankRaise.com implies your consent to these Terms & Conditions. If at any time, you do not agree to these Terms, you must request your membership to be deleted and state your disagreement with the terms. This can be done from the member section (select "Quit"), via Support email, or via response to any email sent by RankRaise.com. We will validate your request and ask you to confirm one more time before removal of your membership, as stated in the Termination section above.

13. Last, but not least, you understand that from time to time these terms MAY change and if so we will make every attempt notify you by email and post within the site. You promise to pop into this section (if you think about it) and see if there are any changes periodically.
